We proudly introduce our premiere hand-crafted Pilot Pale Ale developed and brewed for our troops. HOTBBC Pilot Pale Ale draft beer is made fresh at the award winning Maui Brewing Company to support distribution to our Military in the Hawaiian Islands. Our packaged beer is brewed and bottled by the famous Sprecher's Brewing Company in Wisconsin.

HOTBBC Pilot Pale Ale is craft-brewed with bread-like malt character so as to avoid sweetness, while still maintaining just enough body to balance out a delicate dry bitterness, fermented with an American Ale yeast strain. Taste the natural fruity esters from fermentation that harmonize with a generous aroma hop addition of spicy citrus floral American hops. Enjoy the light crisp dry finish that leaves just a breath of bitter bouquet.

Home of the Brave recently released Remember Pearl Harbor Dark Lager to commemorate the 70th year anniversary of the attack. Brewed with a unique mix of hops and chocolate malt, this limited reserve serves up a robust flavor and finishes with crisp refreshment. Destined to become a collector’s item, only a limited number of 22 oz. silk screened bottles and commemorative boxes were made. You can find this unique beer at the Wine Stop in Honolulu.
